Key Responsibilities
Define and establish the target enterprise architecture aligned with business and technology strategy.
Lead the migration of PCF, WebLogic, and Tomcat-based applications to Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) .
Architect, design, and implement microservices-based applications using Java Spring Boot .
Provide architectural guidance on API Gateway , integration frameworks , and cloud-native services .
Review system configurations including hardware , software , and messaging components to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including CI / CD, automation, monitoring, and container orchestration.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards across the architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery.
Design, define, and implement a comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) plan for business continuity.
Mentor technical teams and establish architectural best practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in J2EE , WebLogic , and Apache Tomcat .
Exposure to PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and cloud-native architectures .
Expertise in Microservices , Java Spring Boot , and API Gateway implementations.
Deep understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) databases.
Knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, etc.).
Proven experience in cloud platforms , preferably Microsoft Azure .
Experience in defining and executing migration strategies to AKS or other Kubernetes-based environments.
Strong understanding of infrastructure , networking , and security architecture principles .
Experience designing and implementing Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutions.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
