Key Responsibilities

Conduct phone interviews and email correspondence with candidates

Support senior recruiters in candidate sourcing and screening

Schedule virtual and in-person interviews between candidates and management

Required Qualifications

Prior corporate recruiting experience required

Prior healthcare experience required

SNF experience preferred

Experience recruiting licensed mental health professionals

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
