Job descriptionCook food on flat-top grill, foreman and fryer Prepare, portion and plate food quickly Ensure orders are accurate and show good presentation and consistent quality Maintain cleanliness of work areas and assist others in maintaining theirs Perform established temperature checks Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines Follow established recipes to prepare products Meet catering order deadlines Complete additional projects as assigned Work in a noisy, hot, fast-paced environment Be mobile during shift Positive, friendly and cheerful manner Ability to follow oral and written instructions Perform with consistency and reliability Value contributing to the team Ability to read, write and perform basic math Verbal communication skills Ability to lift and / or move up to 30 pounds Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening Full-time hours : 5 days / 40 hours; based on your availability Full and part-time positions available for your work-life balance Shift start / end times are flexible We open at 6 : 30 a.m. and close at 8 : 00 p.m. Opening team members can expect to report to work by 5 : 00 a.m. and closing team members can expect to work up to two hours past closing time. REQUIRED : Three Saturdays per month; you select the Saturday with the exception of blocked-out Saturdays that must be worked. Pay : Up to $15 / hr, scaling with experience!
