Description :

This position oversees the Labor and Delivery department.

The unit consists of 3 Labor Suites and 7 Mother / Baby rooms.

The team includes 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs.

Candidates should have extensive experience in Labor and Delivery.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

The director will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care.

Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is necessary for success.
