RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Outbound lead calling and follow up.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be insurance licensed for Property / Casualty and Life / Health.
