JOB SUMMARY

Carroll Hospitality is currently seeking enthusiastic, creative, and experienced bartenders to provide a friendly and hospitable guest experience. Qualified bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks, exceeding guests’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and present bar menu; take accurate orders and provide high-quality service and verify identification in accordance to state / federal laws and regulations.
• Will be required to cook on an as-needed basis.
• Assess guests needs and preferences, making recommendations / accommodations, as needed.
• Collect payment, balance receipts, and run reports following hotel policies and procedures.
• Manage, restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Always maintain bar area for cleanliness and appearance.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Other duties, as assigned by Management.
