Tech Transactions Attorney

A company is looking for a Tech Transactions Attorney (Digital Media) to support their digital media department.

Key Responsibilities

Amend existing agreements and draft new documentation as needed

Review terms and conditions to ensure alignment with new product and content features

Participate in negotiations with strategic business partners regarding changes to agreements

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Experience in tech transactions, particularly in digital media

Strong drafting skills with a focus on amendments and agreements

Familiarity with AI-related work and content licensing for AI training preferred

Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
