任职要求：

• 具有3-5年的信用分析研究相关工作经验，曾在商业银行、投资银行、投资机构 / 资产管理公司、保险公司、评级机构或会计师事务所等机构任职。有良好的财务及信用风险分析能力，有财务会计、尽职调查、信用评估等方面的知识储备。
• 在高级别分析师的指导下能进行全面的信用分析，能够较为独立地完成评级项目、信用评估等分析工作。
• 在高级别分析师指导下协助完成全部或部分相关研究工作。
• 熟悉并准确运用标普信评方法论和模型；必要时，参与方法论的开发和完善。
• 准备信用评级委员会上会需要查看的报告以及财务建模 / 资本评估 / 现金流模型等，能够及时、有逻辑性且深入地分析原始、非常规的复杂的信息。
• 积极参与信用评级委员会讨论，包括作为主要分析师向信评委介绍受评对象相关信息并条理清晰地回答问题。
• 熟悉所负责的行业（或资产类别）和受评对象，对行业趋势和信用质量的变化能够切实了解，并有自己的观点 。
• 理解并严格执行公司政策和标准操作规程，有需要时承担公司安排的其它工作。
• 有职业道德和追求成功的自驱力，有开放和积极的心态。
• 有良好的项目组织管理能力，注重细节，能够保证按时完成工作的同时保证准确性。
• 有良好的时间管理和承压能力。
