Shift / Call Coverage : FP in clinic and OB & pediatric calls Call Type : Beeper Call Ratio : 1 : 4 Call Response Time : 15 mins Patient Demographics : Female, All adult ages, pregnancies, well women, GYN. Patient Volume : 15-17 (OP) Monthly deliveries : 10-15; May increase slightly Annual Deliveries : 94 C-sections / year : approx. 40 Admissions : 0-1 (IP); TBD (OP) % of Practice : 95% FP Support Staff : Supervisor, MA, Clerks Specialty Back-up : General Surgeon on Call that can close C-section. Required Procedures : - C-sections, OB procedures & minor family practice procedures. EMR : Cerner Other Info : - Will not be responsible for supervising healthcare providers. - Need someone who can do both FP and OB. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements : Active CA License BC / BE (FM) ACLS, DEA, PALS With both Family Practice and OB experience.
