Must haves :

7 years as a Solution Architect :

API focused

Calling out to existing APIs

Design of new APIs

AI work / Automation work

The majority of their releases currently

Cloud

Healthcare / insurance experience

Experience working in a Fortune 500 company

Large / complex Enterprise experience

Excellent communication skills -

will be working with business customers and product teams

translate what product team thinks they need to what they actually need to how theyre going to do it

Self-starter

Nice to haves :

Grievances and Appeals knowledge - MHK and DAG are 2 items in the marketplace that we should search for

DAG - Development and ADA Grievances
