BACKFILL for KS-C

Long Term Care LPN - Issaquah WA - Start Date : ASAP - Shift : 8hr Eves (40hrs / wk; may occasionally need to work other shifts, but primary need is for Eves) - Ratios : 1 : 15-25 - Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care / Transitional Care Experience, must have experience with iv , central line blood draws, wound care, blood draws - First-Timers Accepted : No - Weekend REQ : Every other weekend - Certs REQ : BCLS - Is On-Call REQ? : No - Will this traveler need to float between like units? : Yes - Open to accommodating block schedule? : Yes - Locals Accepted : Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted : Yes - RTO Restrictions : Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours : 40 (per contract) Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster - Traveler may be required to assist with shower aide duties Hospital Highlights - Type of Facility : Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care - Attire / Scrub Color : Any basic color scrubs - Charting : Net Solutions - Parking Cost : Free - Mileage Reimbursement : IRS Standard
