Start : Upon Credentialing (60-90 days)

End : Ongoing

Schedule : Full Time Outpatient role, M-F

Licensure : IMLC or IL License, DEA, CS

Requirements : BC / BE in GI, ACLS, BLS, Moderate Sedation experience procedures!
