Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Garland, TX. This full-semester contract begins as soon as possible, ideally the week of January 15th, and runs through the end of the school year.
Responsibilities include delivering direct and consultative speech-language services to students with diverse needs. The role involves working two days per week at an early childhood center serving approximately 12 preschoolers, and three days per week at a middle school site working with about 30 students. Most students have mild speech and language needs, with some requiring more intensive intervention. Consultative services are provided once weekly.
