Job Description

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector / Technician to join our Quality team. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and want to play a key role in ensuring flight-critical aerospace components meet the highest standards, this role is for you.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. A typical day includes :

  • Performing incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
  • Using inspection tools, from basic hand tools to advanced CMM capabilities.
  • Verifying calibration of inspection equipment.
  • Reviewing product and paperwork to meet blueprint, spec, and P.O. requirements.
  • Supporting FAI (First Article Inspection) documentation.
  • Creating and managing Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
  • Participating in internal and external audits.
  • Providing input on manufacturing work instructions and inspection methods.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement to strengthen our quality system.

What You'll Bring :

We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • AS / BS in a technical field is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience accepted (relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Quality Control
  • Familiarity with aerospace regulatory standards (preferred)
  • Technical proficiency with inspection & test equipment
  • Knowledge of GD&T principles
  • U.S. Citizenship (required)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and sit for long periods
  • Strong foundation in quality control methodologies
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Blueprint, spec, and work instruction interpretation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ERP, and inspection software
  • Mechanical aptitude & basic shop math
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
