Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a leading communications company in East Dallas County to find an Accounts Receivable Analyst with a strong emphasis on collections. An ideal candidate will bring extensive B2B collections experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex accounts in a high-volume or high-dollar environment. INTERVIEW ASAP, Start on NOVEMBER 24, 2025.

Required :

• 3+ years of B2B collections or accounts receivable experience, preferably in high-volume transactions in high-dollar environments
• Proficiency with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (V-LOOKUP, PIVOT TABLES)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong track record of reducing DSO
• Experience reconciling accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing aging reports
