About This Role

We are looking for a Custodian who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for cleaning offices, conference rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairways of assigned buildings on a consistent basis.

What You'll Do

• Sweeps, mops, polishes, and strips floors in rooms and hall
• Washes interior and exterior windows
• Dusts and / or polishes furniture, blinds, and equipment
• Cleans restrooms and fills dispensers
• Vacuums, spot cleans, and / or shampoos rugs, carpets, and furniture using commercial-type vacuum cleaners and shampooing equipment
• Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and / or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor
• Stocks area with appropriate supplies
• Moves furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required
• Washes dishes or utensils as required
