Job descriptionStoried, well‑known organization with a long history Flexible work schedules (summer hours) Family‑friendly culture with strong work / life balance Opportunity to impact organization company‑wide and build future leaders 401(k) & pension offered Hybrid working environment – join a great leadership team Historical bonus program Lead the entire Tax Team and work cross‑functionally throughout the organization Review and analyze US GAAP & STAT financial statements from a tax perspective Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team of (24) – (3) direct reports Lead all tax‑related research to ensure compliance throughout the organization Provide strategic guidance and leadership on key tax‑related issues Bachelor’s degree; MBA or Master’s; CPA a plus Property & Casualty experience GAAP & STAT experience

- $200,000 to $270,000 + Bonus
- Paid relocation if needed (low cost of living) in Midwest USA
