Do you have strong soldering skills and hands-on experience in PCB testing?

We are looking for skilled technicians with a solid background in manual soldering, SMT, and circuit board diagnostics . This is a direct hire role with long-term stability, great benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair PCBA failures, identifying root causes
• Perform precise soldering work : Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, and BGAs
• Use diagnostic tools including 3DX-Ray system, Rework Station, and Solder Pot
• Interpret schematics, datasheets, and test specifications
• Support and guide other technicians on testing procedures and soldering standards
• Maintain station performance and follow IPC quality standards

Shift Options

Pay : 24-28 / hr, DOE and both 2nd and 3rd have an additional 10% shift premium.
