Job descriptionManagement experience (leadership, hiring, team-building, delivering results) Sales experience - membership sales experience is a major plus (gym, massage, etc.) Customer service experience Strength (able to lift up to 70 pounds) and stamina to stand for long periods of time Must be comfortable around dogs of all types Knowledge of the pet industry is a plus Drive membership sales through health and wellness education Maintain a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for the Scenter employees Drive employee development through leadership, training, and performance reviews Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and training Promptly and accurately communicate information from upper management to your team Identify when / where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule Create an environment conducive to teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound values Manage client expectations; Resolve customer concerns Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices Effective communication with team members and dog parents Leadership, coaching, mentorship Recruiting, hiring, and creating a happy and effective team Problem-solving Attention to detail Time-management ability to make an efficient schedule Computer / technology proficiency Accountability; hold oneself and others to a high quality of services Competitive salary plus performance bonuses Significant growth potential Merit-based pay increases Complimentary service membership

About the Position :
Scenthound is dedicated to helping dogs live healthier, happier, and longer lives through essential hygiene and wellness care. We enrich the connection between people and their dogs. We are looking for general manager for our new Scenthound location in Bountiful, UT. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their managerial experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
Who We Are Looking For :
We are searching for an energetic, personable manager who leads with integrity and honesty. Someone who understands the importance of ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional. A successful General Manager thinks like an owner and takes accountability for the results of the store. We are looking for a HANDS-ON leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of the Scenter with an emphasis on critical KPIs : Member Conversion Rate, Average Ticket Value, Labor Efficiency Ratio, Rebook Ratio, etc.
