Warehouse Material Handler

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to join our St. Louis, MO team with a start time of 7 : 30 AM. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be primarily responsible for pulling product for customer orders, preparing shipments, and loading trucks while ensuring safety at all times. In this role you will also be responsible for acting as a backup driver on an as-needed basis.

What you'll do :

• Pull orders accurately as assigned for daily deliveries
• Act as support for route drivers on an as-needed basis
• Stage orders according to truck location and verify the accuracy of pallets, etc.
• Load trucks for daily and special deliveries
• Use power equipment including, but not limited to forklift
• Recognize damaged product at any point in the process and take appropriate action
• Assist customers and / or drivers in loading materials into vehicles and trucks
• Perform housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
• Act as backup support for route drivers on an as-needed basis, driving a 26 ft. box truck and / or stake bed
