Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare and verify shipping documents
• Assist with order fulfillment and tracking
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
• Perform general office tasks (filing, data entry, answering phones)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Must be Bilingual
• 1+ year experience in warehouse or office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
