Lead Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Automation Engineer - RPA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RPA and automation projects across business functions

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and key performance metrics

Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and conduct workflow assessments

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

12-18 years of total experience with at least 5-7 years in RPA / Intelligent Automation leadership roles

Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism

Proven track record of delivering automation projects with measurable ROI

RPA Tool Certifications and PMP / PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
