A company is looking for a Bilingual Disability Advocate to provide advocacy work for individuals seeking disability benefits through the Social Security Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with individuals and agencies regarding pending applications for Social Security Disability benefits
Gather required documentation, including state, federal, and medical records
Process medical documentation for submission and research solutions to application roadblocks
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills
