What You Will Do :
- Foster a Lean culture : Establish and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement by modeling Lean principles and encouraging teams to use them daily.
- Lead improvement initiatives : Drive the implementation of Lean principles and facilitate projects like value stream mapping and kaizen events to increase customer value. Support root cause and corrective actions on non-conformance reports.
- Coach and develop teams : Act as a coach to develop the skills of team members, helping them with problem-solving and Lean methodologies through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive performance : Focus on improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost by creating systems where team members are actively involved in improving results.
- Eliminate waste and improve efficiency : Use Lean tools and principles to optimize processes, improve productivity, and reduce waste in operations.
- Establish standard work : Deploy and improve standard work and visual controls to ensure consistency and provide a basis for continuous improvement.
- Report Out : Develop / Present quality reports / presentations to program / business management.
What Will You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in engineering5+ years of experience in lean expertise and quality controlProven experience in leading teams, driving change, and influencing others is crucial.Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.Data Analysis with good Excel skills, and general ability to use Microsoft OfficeAbility to work across and communicate with all levels of the organizationUS Citizen or Green Card requiredPay Range : $70k - $90kCompensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
