Compensation : $26-$34 / hr DOE Job Description : MT Contracting, a leading glass and glazing subcontractor specializing in storefront, curtainwall, and panel installations, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics and Maintenance Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, organized, and thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

Load / unload / inspect materials

Detailed check in of materials arriving at our shop

Organize and maintain shop, yard and laydown areas

Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to job sites

Perform basic maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, greasing, etc.)

Assist with minor repairs and inspections on trucks and equipment

Monitor and restock consumable supplies

Qualifications :

Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL preferred)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors / in-shop

Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with tools, grease guns, oil service equipment

Familiarity with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, or small engine repair

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Prior experience in equipment maintenance, and warehouse / logistics preferred
