Job descriptionProcess parts and equipment through warehouse systems and maintain accurate management databases. Manage inventory for accuracy and accountability. Perform shipping and receiving, including documentation, data entry, and coordinating carriers. Package materials for shipment following military standards (IAW MIL-STD). Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, lifts, and banding machines. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety guidelines. Review files to support the Quality Management System and provide warehouse administrative support. Adhere to safety, quality, and training initiatives and support additional tasks as assigned. High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related discipline preferred. Experience with shipping hazardous materials, large freight, and international shipments. Current driver’s license and U.S. work authorization; ability to obtain security clearance. Forklift operator’s license preferred. Knowledge of MIL-STD 2073, 129, and 130 is a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication.
