Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Customs Trades Coordinator to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity. As a Customs Trades Coordinator, you will be part of the Customs Department supporting the import operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Customs Trades Coordinator (DIRECT HIRE) Location : Tonawanda, NY Pay Range : $16.50 / hr Shift : 1st Shift - Sunday 7AM-3 : 30PM, Monday-Thursday 6 : 30AM-3PM Hours : 40 hours a week Training : On-site for training 3-6 months and remote after training with occasionally on-site commitment.

• Coordinate the documentation required by US Customs and Government Agencies for the entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers.
• Provide impeccable customer service to ensure a smooth import process.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using various resources.
• Data entry and processing of various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs.
• Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
