Job Overview :

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing mechanical construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead mechanical constructionprojects from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and manageprojectbudgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, GCs, and other trades to ensure effectiveprojectexecution
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and otherprojectdocumentation
• Monitor field progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, contract specifications, and company standards
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Conductprojectsite visits and attend coordination meetings
• Trackprojectfinancials, labor hours, procurement schedules, and cost-to-complete
• Lead internalprojectkickoff meetings and ongoing job reviews
• Oversee and support field superintendents and foremen in resolving on-site issues
