Appointment Setting Team Manager

A company is looking for an Appointment Setting Team Manager for the Manufacturing Division.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 appointment setters focused on the manufacturing vertical

Distribute and maintain high-quality lead lists for the appointment setting team

Establish and track KPIs for appointment volume, quality, and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR teams

Proven success in leading teams to exceed outbound appointment setting targets

Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B sectors preferred

Strong understanding of lead generation processes, list building, and data management

Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement tools
