Schedule : Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. 12hr Shifts

Position Summary - LPN Job in Gallatin, TN
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Gallatin. This role is ideal for an LPN looking to work in youth behavioral health, juvenile care, or residential treatment. You'll be responsible for providing direct nursing care, supporting mental health needs, and helping stabilize youth during intake and assessment.

1+ years working in behavioral health, pediatrics, or juvenile residential careExperience with trauma-informed care and crisis interventionFamiliarity with EMR systems and documentation standardsOther Requirements
Physical Demands : Ability to lift / move up to 20 pounds and provide necessary physical services to clients. Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state and to the extent that knowledge is attainable under the law.
