Team Overview
The Rotational Development Program (RDP) provides a combination of rotational assignments, mentoring, and coaching to build a broad range of experience across business areas critical to Edward Jones. Rotation Programs are a springboard for early career talent to gain experiences, knowledge, and networks that will accelerate their contributions and impact to Edward Jones.
What You'll Do
This is a fourteen-month program designed to provide an opportunity for RDP associates to enhance their career and develop business competencies by working collaboratively with program peers and leaders while contributing to key assignments. They rotate through different roles within their assigned division as well as complete one rotation outside of their assigned division. Along with on-the-job experiences, every rotation has learning and development opportunities.

Program Inclusions
Paid full-time study to obtain SIE, and Series 7 Top Off. Project and thought leadership through meaningful assignments. Assigned mentors who provide advice and guidance throughout the program to support career growth and personal development. Ongoing engagement and strong support from program leadership and cohort.
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts : health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.
