A company is looking for a Practice Evaluation Specialist III.
Key Responsibilities
Manage coordination of internal and external provider peer review and comprehensive quality review of electronic medical records
Facilitate timely review and completion of peer review cases in collaboration with Medical Staff leadership
Educate medical staff leaders and providers on compliance with peer review standards and participate in performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Desired Skills
Strong knowledge of clinical practice and hospital operations
Degree in nursing or related healthcare field preferred, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience
Working knowledge of peer review processes, patient rights, and hospital regulations
Experience in clinical quality process improvement and patient safety initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare software applications
