Key Responsibilities :

• Perform nursing duties within the scope of Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse (injections, medications, EKGs, phlebotomy) as allowed by state regulations.
• Assist in implementing educational plans for patients and their families.
• Coordinate patient care as directed, ensuring thorough follow-ups and referrals.
• Document patient information accurately and prepare patients for examination.
• Conduct focused nursing assessments and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment following OSHA standards.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and foster respectful interactions.
• Organize and maintain treatment areas and ensure proper infection control protocols.
• Oversee appropriate medication management processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals.
