Financial Professional Opportunity

Voya Financial Advisors, Inc., a leading independent broker-dealer in the defined contribution & defined benefit business, is currently seeking a financial professional to join our team to work with participants of an employer sponsored retirement plan throughout Delaware for one of the largest employers in the State. This position will be responsible for 403(b) / 457(b) enrollment, retirement and investment strategy, and individual and group participant education. Qualified candidates must possess the skills necessary to prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, confidently counsel individuals on investment strategies available within the plan, and possess the desire to help research and resolve participant service inquiries. Group presentation skills and strong financial services acumen, highly desirable.

To be eligible for the financial professional role, candidates must possess the following qualifications :

• Registered representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457(b), and 401(a) preferred
• Securities registrations Series 6 required. Series 7, 65 or 66 preferred
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses required
