About the Role : As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency and critical care departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) : Educate and Support : Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. Appointment Coordination : Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Communication Mastery : Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged. Record Keeping : Accurately update and maintain client / pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail. Cash handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation Compensation : $17 - $20 pending experience & skillset 3 / 12 or 4 / 10 shifts available Overnight Shift Differential : $3 / hr Schedule : 4 X 10 hour shifts Various shifts available.
