Setting : HYBRID (Home Visits & Virtual)

Location : Tucson, AZ

Schedule : Mon-Fri (8a-5p)

Duration : Permanent

Duties :

Core NP (Homecare) : Travel to patients homes

Conducting assessments both in patients homes and in virtual environment

Counsel and educate patients and families about benefits and programs available.

Required : Active AZ license

Board Certified

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Compensation :

$120K-$140K / yr + bonuses
