The PSE Sales & Services / Distribution Associate position involves a variety of duties designed to provide the highest level of service to customers. This includes interacting with customers over the counter, providing prompt, reliable, and accurate mailing information and services. The role also includes handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and professionally.

Proficiency with various postal tools and software systems.Strong customer service skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
