Now Hiring for the 2025-2026 school year with a tentative start date for selected candidates at the end of August / early September.

• NOW OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS  - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening!

PCAs placed on assignment at the Child & Career Development Center or Chester County Learning Center will start at $23 per hour and progress to $27.50 per hour (w2 employment)

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is a field employee position providing one-to-one and small group emotional support and behavioral interventions to children / adolescents in a school setting. We specialize in serving children primarily diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as other special needs diagnoses
