American Museum of Natural History Full time $50,000 - $56,000 per annum USA, New York

About the team

The Global Business Development (GBD) at the American Museum of Natural History is a revenue-generating department focused on licensing Museum content. GBD's current main product lines are traveling exhibitions and digital intellectual property distribution. The GBD Coordinator will work with the Sales and Operations teams to provide high-quality, memorable, and seamless client experiences from first contact through project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Finance and Sales to send client invoices and track payments.
  • Set up client and team meetings; Sales conference preparation.
  • Support Operations project management team to work with clients and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Operations installation team to help supply graphics, hardware, supplies and other equipment to ensure exhibitions are installed properly and efficiently.
  • Manage license requests for AMNH assets including negotiating fee, gaining internal approvals, drafting agreements and tracking payment.
