This role is free from day to day unit responsibilities to focus on longer term improvements.

• Identify and develop process improvement projects
• Pursue energy cost reduction and CO2 emission reduction opportunities
• Develop and implement novel process technology solutions
• Manage improvement projects
• Interface with R&D and corporate engineering
• Process Simulation and process optimization technical support
