JOB DETAILS
Base Pay : $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
1st Shift 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment used in the manufacturing process of windows and doors. Job duties pertain to keeping machines up and running and in excellent working condition, as we are a high volume window and door manufacturer. Some of the duties include carrying out general maintenance on machines, including greasing, cleaning, and servicing of the manufacturing equipment. Maintaining industrial machines such as CNC, vinyl welders, tiger saws, etc.
- Troubleshooting for machinery repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance practices and keep excellent records
- Must perform work in a safe manner, perform lock-out-tag-out procedures, and maintain area in a clean and orderly manner
- Order and maintain inventory of parts in a cost effective manner
- Must be self motivated, have ability to work with little supervision, and be able to both work alone and with others
- Diagnose and repair mechanical machinery issues including but not limited to hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC and electrical
Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience is a requirementCritical thinking, ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning for a multitude of machineryKnowledge of mechanical maintenanceDiagnose manufacturing equipment problems and take necessary actions to rectify themElectrical experience is a plus as you will be working with electrical panels and live equipment up to 480 voltsBe able to use power tools such as pneumatics, hammer drills, lathes, mills, saws, and weldersComfortable in heights up to 30' for aerial lifts and laddersMust be able to lift a maximum of 75 lbsMust have strong goal driven work ethic to ensure growthAdditional Information
