Our fully-owned for-profit subsidiaries offer professional expertise in design and construction as well as management and sale of residential and commercial projects, including apartment investment advisement, property development, domestic and international project marketing, residential asset management, acquisition, sales, and leasing. Our real estate division also specializes in contracting with municipalities and funding sources via federal grants, LIHTC Affordable Housing, New Market Tax Credit projects, funding from HUD, EDA and other community capital, provide affordable housing alternatives to the communities they serve. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will be the first point of contact for potential residents, guiding them through the rental process with professionalism and care. You’ll handle inquiries, showcase apartments, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience. Your role is essential in maintaining excellent customer service standards, supporting property marketing programs, and assisting the Community Manager with day-to-day operations and training efforts. By keeping rental operations organized and efficient, you help the property-and CPLC-thrive.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education / Background :
Customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Skills & Competencies :
Ability to read, comprehend, and write basic correspondence
Strong verbal communication skills for presenting information to residents and colleagues
Ability to calculate figures such as rent, deposits, discounts, and commissions
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times
Other Requirements :
Knowledge of property rental and leasing procedures preferred
Ability to maintain accurate rental records and documentation
Commitment to excellent customer service
