Job description

We’re hiring Emergency Medicine residents graduating in 2026 and welcome candidates needing J1 or H1B sponsorship ! Join our Nocturnist team at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in beautiful Vero Beach, FL , with 12-hour shifts and only 10 per month —perfect for enjoying the Treasure Coast lifestyle .

  • Full-time physicians are eligible for a $40K bonus.

Position Profile :

  • 60,000 annual patient visits
  • 42-bed ED (Renovation planned for 2025 to add ED beds)
  • Dedicated Nocturnist team
  • 12 hour shifts
  • EPIC EMR
  • Daily APP coverage
  • Certified Stroke Center and Heart Center
