As a Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a transportation location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and assist both visitors and staff, supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the transportation environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Work closely with staff and visitors to offer assistance and information as needed, maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.

Follow all protocols regarding access control, incident reporting, and emergency response procedures specific to the transportation sector.

Remain alert to the unique challenges present in a transportation setting, adapting to changing situations as they arise.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
