Job Details
- 214 hospital beds
7 on / 7 off block schedule; 12-hour shifts
ADE is 19-20 / day
No more than 3 admissions / day
Open ICU-Hospitalists admit to ICU, but do not continue care for patients in ICU
No procedures required, intensivists onsite
EMR : Meditech but will be switching over to EPIC 1-2 years
Staffing Model :
Day : 7 Physicians (7a-7p)
TeleHealth as a backup during any surge
Night : 1 Physician & 1 NPPA (7p-7a)

CHRISTUS Highland, in southeastShreveport, is a general acute care hospital that specializes in cardiacand orthopedic medicine, women's services and surgery.
