About the Role
We're currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our Sawgrass Mills Outlet store. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales performance, customer satisfaction, visual merchandising, and inventory control. Your leadership will set the tone for the store’s culture, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

- Leading, motivating, and managing a team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Overseeing daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members to support their professional growth
- Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Analyzing sales reports and taking action to drive results
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers as needed
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
3+ years of retail management experience (store manager or district manager level preferred)Intermediate skills in ExcelProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentProficient in basic computer applications and POS systemsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededSpanish speaking a plus!About Ariat

The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
