Senior Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate activities of direct reports, setting priorities for task completion

Drive engineering excellence, foster innovation, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members

Collaborate across departments to achieve project objectives and inform senior management of progress and risks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

2 - 4 years of management experience

Experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies

Hands-on experience with .NET and cloud-native languages and toolsets

Demonstrable understanding of software engineering processes and performance management
