Key Responsibilities
Lead the Workforce Management team within Revenue Cycle, focusing on performance analytics and strategic partnerships
Develop and implement short-term tactics and long-range planning for optimal Revenue Cycle operations
Manage institutional initiatives and interface with finance departments on revenue cycle-related issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of related experience in a healthcare environment, with at least eight years in a major healthcare system or consulting firm
Master's degree is strongly preferred
Advanced certification in healthcare is desirable
Experience in operational efficiency improvements and change management is preferred
