We are currently hiring for a position in our BDC Call Center Service group. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and interested in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Making over 100 outbound calls daily to schedule service appointments.
- Handling inbound service inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with the service team to maintain positive relationships.
- Maintaining accurate customer data and ensuring timely responses.
- Meeting and exceeding daily appointment goals
Qualifications :
Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentComfortable with computers, CRM software, and digital communication toolsCustomer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skillsPrevious customer service experience requiredKnowledge of dealership products and services highly preferredFamiliarity with automotive service operations highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college preferredWe Offer :
