Job Summary :

The Industrial Engineering Supervisor is responsible for both leading and actively participating in the plant's industrial engineering activities. This role combines hands-on process optimization, data analysis, and project execution with leadership of a small technical team. The supervisor works directly on the production floor to identify and implement improvements that increase safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across all manufacturing operations.

Principal Responsibilities :

Leadership & Supervision

• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of industrial engineers and technicians.
• Balance direct project work with supervisory responsibilities, setting priorities and assigning daily tasks.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support for team members' development.
• Foster a collaborative, hands-on engineering culture focused on continuous improvement.
